At Berosha, we provide high-quality craftsmanship. While we aim for customer satisfaction with every order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. 

2.2 Normal Conditions 

“Normal conditions” refer to situations where the product is delivered as described, without any defects or issues in craftsmanship, and meets the high-quality standards set by Berosha. When a product matches its description and passes our quality control checks, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This policy reflects our commitment to providing the best quality products while maintaining customer satisfaction. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

3.1 Quality Assurance 

At Berosha, we prioritize ensuring that all products are free from defects. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages, ensuring that it meets our high standards. Our team carefully inspects every product for any flaws or damages that may affect its appearance or functionality. We strictly adhere to quality control measures, using top quality materials and best practices to prevent defects during production and shipping. 

3.2 Defect Notification 

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To report a defect, contact our customer service team at info@berosha.com with the following information to support your claim: 

  • Order number or reference 
  • Description of the defect
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Any additional relevant details 

3.3 Return Process 

Once a defect is confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. Returns must be sent to our address at your expense. Please follow these steps: 

  • Notify us within 48 hours with your order details and evidence of the defect. 
  • Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address at your own cost. 
  • After receiving the product, we will assess the defect and offer a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund (if applicable).

3.4 Investigation Process 

Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a comprehensive investigation, including visual inspections and internal reviews, to assess the reported defect. Based on our findings, we will determine the appropriate resolution. 

3.5 Refund or Replacement 

If the product is found to be defective, we may offer a refund or replacement. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases and at the brand’s discretion. Generally, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in cases where defects are verified. 

3.6 Discretion of the Brand 

The final decision regarding refunds and replacements lies with Berosha after the completion of our investigation.
