We strictly adhere to quality control measures, using top-quality materials and best practices to prevent defects during production and shipping.

2.2 Defect Notification
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To report a defect, contact our customer service team at info@berosha.com with the following information to support your claim:

  • Order number or reference
  • Description of the defect
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Any additional relevant details

2.3 Return Process
Once a defect is confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. Returns must be sent to our address at your expense. Please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 48 hours with your order details and evidence of the defect.
  • Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address at your own cost.
  • After receiving the product, we will assess the defect and offer a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund (if applicable).

2.4 Investigation Process

2.5 Refund or Replacement

The final decision regarding refunds and replacements lies with Berosha after the completion of our investigation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with orders that cannot be canceled.

3.2 Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellation requests outside of this timeframe will not be entertained. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.

3.3 Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit equal to the value of the canceled order. This store credit must be used within 1 month from the date of issuance. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

The following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
  • Personalized or custom-made products where production has already begun.
