Our store is hosted on wordpress, which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through databases and application, safeguarded by a secure server behind a firewall. 

Payment Processing 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. This data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your payment transaction data is stored only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction. After the purchase is completed, your transaction information is deleted. Shopify adheres to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is supported by major payment brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In such instances, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may cancel the order at our discretion. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE 

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for various reasons, including quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product details or pricing, or concerns flagged by our fraud and credit verification department. Additional verification may be required before confirming an order. If we cancel an order, we will inform you promptly. 

DELIVERY CHARGES 

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

All our garments are designed to be dry clean only. We strongly recommend following the provided care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the pieces. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by washing, machine washing, or cleaning methods other than dry cleaning. 

PRIVACY 

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information shared with us through the website will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. 

ACCEPTABLE USE

We make every effort to ensure that the colors displayed on our website accurately represent the actual colors of our garments. However, due to variations in fabric dyes, lighting during photography, and display settings on monitors, slight differences in color may occur. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Eligibility for Cancellation 

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with orders that cannot be canceled. 

Cancellation Timeframe 

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellation requests outside of this timeframe will not be entertained. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. 

Refund Process 

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit equal to the value of the canceled order. This store’s credit must be used within 1 month from the date of issuance. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. 

Exceptions to Cancellation 

The following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable: 

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable. 
  • Personalized or custom-made products where production has already begun. 

Cancellation Procedure 

To initiate a cancellation request, customers must contact our customer support team at info@berosha.com. Please provide the order number and the reason for cancellation when making your request. 

Cancellation Confirmation 

Upon cancellation, customers will receive a confirmation notification via email and/or SMS to their registered contact details. This will confirm the status of the cancellation. 

Customer Responsibility 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details and ensuring that cancellation requests are made within the designated timeframe. Berosha is responsible for processing cancellations and issuing refunds according to this policy.

Any changes or updates to our cancellation policy will be communicated to customers via email and posted on our website. We encourage you to review the cancellation policy periodically for any revisions. 

 GOODS/SERVICES NOT RECEIVED 

Definition: 

 A ‘Goods and Services Not Received’ situation refers to circumstances where a customer does not receive the ordered goods or services within the expected timeframe or as described in the purchase agreement. This can include instances such as failed delivery attempts or non-receipt of goods despite successful delivery confirmation. 

Eligibility: 

This policy applies to all orders placed with us. Any customer who makes a purchase is eligible for this policy regarding ‘Goods and Services Not Received’ situations. 

Delivery Address and Confirmation: 

Goods will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during the order placement process. Our delivery process is contactless, and we do not provide a physical sign-off as proof of delivery. However, proof of delivery is provided by our third-party delivery partner. This proof of delivery includes the sender and receiver details. In case of any dispute, we will provide this proof of delivery as evidence. 

Confirmation of Delivery: 

We will issue a tracking number for your parcel, which serves as confirmation that the goods have been dispatched to the provided shipping address. 

Timeframe: 

Customers must report a ‘Goods and Services Not Received’ issue within 7 working days from the expected delivery date. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Missing Delivery Disputes: 

We follow rigorous processes to ensure that goods are not missed during the shipping process. Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to assisting customers in locating their missing items should such a situation arise. However, by accepting these terms, the cardholder absolves the merchant from responsibility for missing deliveries. The tracking number serves as evidence of dispatch, and no credit card dispute can be raised for a missing delivery. In case of non-receipt or delivery-related issues, please contact the designated courier company responsible for the delivery of your order. 

Contactless Delivery: 

Our delivery process is designed to be contactless, prioritizing the safety and convenience of our customers. The absence of a physical sign-off does not diminish the validity of the delivery process, as the tracking number serves as a digital confirmation. 

Customer Responsibility: 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during order placement. By accepting these terms, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to promptly communicate any discrepancies or issues related to the delivery directly to the courier company, absolving the merchant from liability. 

Investigation: 

Upon reporting a ‘Goods and Services Not Received’ issue, customers must contact our customer service team with the order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation such as tracking numbers or delivery confirmations. Our team will internally review the provided information, maintain clear communication with the customer, and take appropriate action.
